River City Recovery Center is licensed and certified by
the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs
Our staff is well-trained, experienced and caring. All counselors/teachers meet the requirements set forth in the Alcohol and Drug Counselor Regulations adopted by State ADP in September, 2007 and engage in continuing education throughout the year. Members of the staff hold certificates from a variety of authorized certifying organizations, e.g., CAS, Breining, CAADAC. All River City Recovery employees are themselves in recovery.
